We want you to love your Skinnydip haul, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Generate Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method through the portal to download a prepaid shipping label or receive a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
